Welcome to Ambry Acres, 4th generation family owned and operated farm, providing from the farm to your fork, naturally raised beef , sheep, 100% pure maple syrup and notebooks.
We pride ourselves on the ethical treatment of our animals with no growth hormones, no antibiotics and no steroids. Our beef is individually flash frozen and vacuum sealed at a government inspected facility and is available for purchase. As well as at certain times of the year, we accept large orders of beef which allows for special cuts.
All our 100% Pure Maple Syrup is made in small batches on-site and is 100% Canadian.

Produced in our Maple Bush located in Eastern Ontario, Canada
All of our 100% Pure Maple Syrup is produced by our family members and we take pride in every bottle made! The longevity of our maple bush is key to our operation and we strive to operate by taking care of removal of trees as needed, tree identification and woodlot management strategies learned thru courses completed with Cornell University.
